Project Architecture for Circular Economy, Food Security & Sovereign Industry.

I design roadmaps for bankable large-scale projects that turn agricultural residues into valueable resources via e.g., MWDP technology — creating jobs, regenerating soils, and strengthening national resilience. Strategic communication, stakeholder orchestration, sustainable development, and investor-ready structures are my core craft.

Based in Europe; and with 15+ years of experience in communication design, sustainable development, and international large-scale Public-Private Partnership (PPP) frameworks, I have advised governments and industries in Brazil, Egypt, and the EU. Now I bring this expertise to the UAE, contributing to Dubai Vision 2040 and the UAE Food Security Strategy 2051.

Roles: Project Architecture, Strategy Consultant, Sustainable Development.
Focus: ESG roadmaps, PPPs, sustainability strategies, market entry, ministerial communication, bankable roadmaps
Experience: Over 10 years of experience abroad under working conditions.

What I deliver for the United Arab Emirates.

Targeted, execution-ready contributions for national priorities in sustainability, industry and food security.

01—Food Security & Soil Regeneration

Longstanding work experience in the field of MWDP technology, that converts agricultural residues into organic NPK fertilizer and bio-activated carbon (BAC). This strengthens food security, restores degraded soils, and raises yields while cutting import dependence.
It also reduces long-term import reliance and stabilizes food supply chains.

02—Sovereign Industry Capacity

The UAE can design, manufacture, and maintain critical agricultural inputs independently. Profits, intellectual property, and jobs remain in-country, building a resilient fertilizer & bio-carbon sector.
Domestic industry is integrated and strengthened rather than displaced, ensuring long-term sovereignty.

03—Employment & Local Value Chains

My projects and concepts create thousands of skilled jobs in agriculture, construction, operations, logistics, and new filter & materials industries. Local universities and institutes are integrated for R&D, training and dual education programs.

04—Financing & Governance

Layered PPP financing models with national banks, sovereign funds, and partial guarantee instruments ensure bankability without full state guarantees. Risk is shared fairly between EPC, financiers, and off-takers.
This layered PPP model builds investor trust and keeps financial sustainability within national standards.

05—Diplomatic & Corporate Bridge-Building

I have longstanding experience in aligning ministries, financial institutions, and global technology partners. Clear communication shortens decision cycles and accelerates implementation of strategic projects.

06—Desert-Proven Technology

Over six years of direct work with MWDP technology taught me a crucial lesson: the business models are strongest in dry and arid regions. Here, MWDP delivers the greatest economic advantage — restoring soils, securing yields, and proving most profitable under desert conditions.
This experience shapes my contribution to the UAE’s food security and desert agriculture vision.

Global Endorsements & Partnerships.

My experience spans Europe, Brazil, Egypt, Singapore, and India — working with ministries, embassies, and universities. Endorsements from these institutions underline my ability to structure public–private partnerships and build sovereign industry capacity.

“We believe that this initiative has the potential to contribute significantly to innovation and sustainability in the agricultural sector, as well as expanding the global food supply.”

— Mr. Vergara, Ministry of Agriculture & Livestock (MAPA), Brazil

“We also consider the necessity of university involvement in optimizing the production processes to be very valuable, and we are fundamentally interested in a trustworthy collaboration for the benefit of Egypt.”

— Mr. Abouleish, CEO SEKEM Holding, Cairo, Egypt

“We acknowledge receipt of FSRE’s project documentation on MWDP technology and recognize its relevance for European industrial and environmental policy. Further review and coordination at Commission level has been initiated.”

— European Commission, DG Environment / DG AGRI Correspondence
